Our Center is designed to reduce the cost of medical care. One method of reducing costs is to eliminate the expense of itemizing bills. The Center's charge for your procedure is already established and available upon request. The charge includes materials, equipment, and nursing services necessary for your procedure. It does not include your doctor's fee, anesthesia services, pathology/radiology studies, laboratory services or DME, if required. Your deductible and/or co-pay will be required at the time of admission with the exception of 100% insurance coverage. Cosmetic procedures require payment in full at the time of admission.
Bring completed insurance forms, Medicare or other insurance cards. As a courtesy to you, we will submit your insurance for you (up to two policies). It is important for us to have all the current and correct information.
Summit Surgery Center will accept your personal check. Please bring your Driver's License for proof of identification. In addition, Summit Surgery Center also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
